How to update your DC Media Software installation
1. To apply a software update, download the latest version of the DC Media application installers using this link.
2. If you are updating the Scheduler or Network Manager software, first backup your DC Media database by following these steps.
3. There is no need to un-install the current software, simply run the new install software and follow the on-screen instructions.
Troubleshooting
If for some reason your DC Media database is lost or erased during installation, look for the automatic back-up file created by the installer. The file will have a .backup_<timestamp> file extension, e.g. dcmedia.sql.backup_565656239. Replace dcmedia.sql with this file and you will be back up and running.
