To move DC Media to another computer you will need to do the following:
1. Request a license transfer by emailing support@dcmediads.com.
2. Install DC Media on the new computer.
3. Copy the DC Media data files from the current computer to the new one:
Windows Vista, 7, 8 and 8.1
Copy all files in c:\users\public\documents\dcmedia
On Windows XP (32-bit)
Copy all the files c:\program files\dcmedia\content\
Copy c:\program files\dcmedia\dcmedia.sql
On Windows XP (64-bit)
Copy all the files c:\program files (x86)\dcmedia\content\
Copy c:\program files (x86)\dcmedia\dcmedia.sql
4. Execute DC Media on the new computer and activate your license.
5. Confirm that all your data has been transferred (you should see assets and playlists listed in the Scheduler, and the assets should preview without any error).
6. Uninstall DC Media on the current computer.
